Recipe for daily meals!

Introduction:

This is my first time I wrote a recipe to guide someone to cook. Actually, my friend (he comes from Indonesia) really loves cooking and he wants to cook some dishes in Vietnam. So I decided to create a category for cooking and I will post my recipes. I hope everyone can cook well and likes it.

Today, I will show you a recipe for daily meals, and I usually eat with rice. :)

There is "beef with mushroom". Now, let's move to next part: Ingredients.


* Tender beef fried with enoki mushroom:

Ingredients:

1. 200g beef

2. 3 cloves of garlic, crushed

3. 1 pack of enoki mushroom, (cut the root and spurn it, wash slightly with water)

4. Fish sauce (depend on you)

5. Salt

6. 3 slides of ginger

7. vegetable oil (I use soybean oil)


How to cook:

Firstly, you need to marinate the beef with 1/3 crushed garlic and ginger, a little salt in about 10 minutes.

After finishing step 1, use a pan, make it warm and put about 1 small spoon of oil, when oil is hot, then put garlic into pan and wait until it smells good,

Thirdly, put the marinated beef into the pan.

To fry it slightly until beef is almost tender, then put the mushroom into pan and mix it well until mushroom is tender.

=> Done. Put it into dish/bowl and you will see it like in this picture. :)
